18ct gold is 75% gold, and 9ct gold is 37.5% gold.
Finger Sizing
You can pop in to our store to have your finger sized, or you can purchase a ring sizer. Many factors influence finger sizes such as temperature, water retention and the width of the ring band. Please get in touch if you need a hand and cannot come into the store.
Most of our rings are resizable within reason. Please email us if you ring doesn’t fit, and we can advise what to do. If a ring is unable to be resized it will be in the listing description.

Custom Designs
We can reuse yellow and rose gold. We cannot reuse white gold.
For custom makes we aim for 10-12 weeks from the date the deposit is made. We can advise you further on this during your consult.
We generally have custom make slots available for engagement rings – send us an email and we’d be happy to try and accommodate your timeline.
Gemstones
We run on a booking system for custom pieces – please visit our bespoke make page for more details on our consults
Yes! We do need to view your gemstones though (whether in an old piece of jewellery or loose) to ensure they are in good condition.
No, but we can arrange to have stones cut for a custom make with us.
Yes, generally this is not an issue, but we need to see the piece of jewellery prior to quoting new stones.
Yes! We love sourcing stones for our customers – send us an email and we will see what we can do.
We will take an educated guess for custom remodels where we are using your stones, but we do not formally identify stones.
