Hello and welcome! My name is Amy, I am excited to introduce myself as the newest member of the Nicole Viney Jewellery (NVJ for short) team.
I have recently joined Nicole to support in the behind the scenes of the business, helping out with administration, client communication, social media and all the finer details that allow the creative process to flow smoothly. While I will be more of a behind the scenes role, not in a hands on the tools role (it’s like another language and very cool to watch the process!) I will be supporting the whole experience, ensuring that every client (and Nicole) feels cared for, informed and supported from start to finish.
From my short time at NVJ, it is clear that this business is about more than just beautiful jewellery, it’s about meaning, intention and making important moments come to life.
I believe there is something quite special about working alongside a business that values meaning and originality as much as craftsmanship. Whether it is a custom piece designed privately and personally with Nicole or if it is a remodel of existing pieces filled with history meaning, every project carries a story and that is something I feel honoured to now be apart of.
Stepping into Nicoles new home studio is calming and welcoming and you can feel the quiet creativity that lives inside Nicole and even the studio walls. It is a space where ideas are purposefully shaped into something excellent, a place where stories are shared and memories are honoured. It is a place of new beginnings in the form of bespoke jewellery that is made to last.
My role at NVJ is focused on helping to make the creative journey as seamless and comfortable as possible for you, the client and for Nicole. From organising consults and questionnaires to ensuring communication feels clear and timely, my goal is to help create an experience that feels as thoughtful as the jewellery itself.
I will also be sharing more behind the scenes glimpses into studio life (I’m so excited to share this!), share works in progress and even the quieter moments that happen in the NVJ studio, giving you a little insight into the care and craftsmanship that happens.
